Adia — a name meaning God's Gift — and the work is exactly that.
Grounded stories. Real characters. The kind of truth that stays with you after the credits roll.
Adia Bell is a filmmaker, producer, and actress creating grounded, emotionally driven stories for film and television.
Her work centers on relationships, identity, and the moments that force people to confront who they are — whether they're ready or not. Drawn to stories that feel lived in, Adia builds projects that explore love, loss, control, and what it means to start over.
She develops her work from the ground up, shaping story, character, and execution with a focus on authenticity and emotional truth. Whether in front of the camera or behind it, her approach stays the same: keep it honest, keep it human, and let the story do the work.
Based between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Adia continues to develop original projects across film and television.

As a SAG actress, Adia inhabits characters from the inside out — not performing a role, but living it. Her work on screen in Bloodline Betrayal, Deadly Bonds, and Sudden Passion reflects a performer who understands that truth on camera begins with truth in the body.
Words are the blueprint. Adia writes scripts that center authentic human experience — stories that don't flinch, characters who breathe. Her writing credits include the award-winning short Silenced and the upcoming Checkmate.
Behind the lens, Adia translates the written word into visual language. She directs with the precision of someone who has lived on both sides of the camera — knowing exactly what an actor needs to deliver the moment the story demands.
Adia produces with intention. From Triggered to Silenced to Deadly Bonds, she shepherds projects from concept to screen — building the conditions that allow bold, honest storytelling to exist.

Logline
"A widow trying to move forward and an EMT who can't let go meet in therapy — neither knowing they're tied to the same night that changed both their lives."
About the Film
After Life is about what happens when you survive something you weren't supposed to.
Nia is learning how to live without her husband. Xavier is stuck replaying the night he couldn't save someone. When they meet in therapy, there's a connection neither of them expects — and neither of them fully understands.
As they get closer, the truth starts to surface. And what felt like healing begins to look a lot more complicated.
At its core, this is a story about grief, guilt, and the kind of love that shows up after everything falls apart.
Tone
Grounded. Intimate. Emotional, but with an edge.
Logline
"A group of women in Las Vegas lean on each other through love, motherhood, divorce, and everything in between — figuring out what life looks like when it doesn't go according to plan."
About the Series
Plan B is about the version of life nobody really prepares you for.
These women are balancing careers, relationships, kids, and their own sense of identity — all while trying to hold it together in a city that never slows down. Some are starting over. Some are holding on a little too long. All of them are trying to figure out what comes next.
It's messy, it's funny, it's honest. And at the center of it all is friendship — the kind that carries you when everything else feels uncertain.
Tone
Grounded. Real. Honest with humor.
Whether you're casting, collaborating, or simply want to talk about the craft — Adia brings the same intentionality to every conversation that she brings to every project.
